The front desk told me that I don't have a name on the reservation list he had on the desk. Then I tried to call the management but no answer at all. It just kept on ringing and tried a couple of times. This experience is the most terrible I have ever had on this booking site. Nevertheless, I booked other hotel instead.

this hotel will accept your payment but will not accomodate all your queries. they will give you a contact number from the hotel but you will never be able to get hold of the person. i dont know if the number is not existing because it's not ringing. i asked for another contact number but they did not give me any. i went to the hotel to get a personal confirmation but i was not able to talk to anyone from the hotel. i just requested for a refund but they did not approve it. in the end, i booked for another hotel to be sure that i will have a confirmed booking. i just wasted my money i paid to this accomodation. such poor services

The room was great and cleaned, everything you need is there, highly recommended. All appliances were new and worked well, The owner was very nice, she responded very quickly.

The pool area was never overcrowded, and the water was always clean. A relaxing spot in the middle of the city.

Had a great time staying here, the owner was kind and approachable. they have swimming pool, billiard room open for guests. The guards we're nice. Will definitely book here again if given a chance.
